  • We provide financing for dental procedures through Care Credit Financing. Please apply online at www.carecredit.com

  

  • We will also accept traditional Insurance Plans.

  

  • We DO NOT accept Blue Cross & Blue Shield (except BCBS FEP),  United Concordia, DenteMax, or GEHA  plans on assignment, however we will provide you with a "SuperBill" upon request so you may submit this to your Insurance carrier for reimbursement.

  

  • Payment is required when services are rendered. 

  

  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover & CareCredit Card for your convenience. 

  

  • Your Insurance Plan is a contract between you and your Insurance Carrier.

  

  • We will gladly file all claims for you, but you remain responsible for payment for any services not covered by your Insurance.
